CMMS Engineer - GMP/Pharma
SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a CMMS Data Engineer to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Lebanon, IN. This person will lead and execute accurate data entry and configuration of assets, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and spare parts into the CMMS.

Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7-10 years of experience in CMMS engineering within a GMP pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- Proficiency with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Blue Mountain RAM, etc.).
- Must have Maximo experience
- Strong understanding of P&IDs, system models, and equipment documentation.
- Experience with asset tagging, OEM data integration, and material/component identification.
- Familiarity with gasket types, specifications, and installation practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- CMMS Data Management:
- Ensure alignment with GMP documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain system models and asset hierarchies.
- Perform asset tagging and verification across facilities, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Interpret and utilize P&IDs, OEM manuals, and engineering drawings to populate CMMS records.
- Collaborate with engineering and validation teams to ensure system accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct material searches and BOM reviews to identify critical components, including gaskets, seals, and other consumables.
- Interface with procurement and inventory teams to ensure proper stocking and documentation.
- Ensure CMMS practices align with GMP, FDA, and internal quality standards.
