Turnover Package Manager - GMP/GDP/Pharma
SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a Turnover Package Manager to to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Lebanon, IN. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining turnover package procedures for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Must Haves:
- Degree/certificate in a relevant field such as Information Management, Library Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Turnover Packages: Proven experience with the turnover package process.
- Pharma and GMP (GDP specifically for both equipment and utility vendors); construction specific TOP manager will not be sufficient
- 7+ years experience
- Development of documentation and implementation of procedures
- Ability to manage people
- High level document control managers will be considered
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with discipline engineers, construction leads, and quality teams to ensure timely collection, review, and distribution of required documents for turnover packages.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and contractors to ensure smooth coordination of document flow and turnover deadlines.
- Ensure timely delivery of TOPs and maintain a tracking system for progress, status, and approvals.
- Perform document audits to ensure compliance with project-specific standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any documentation punches, discrepancies, or missing documentation.
- Tracking of documentation punches and provide metric reports on punches.
- Proactively engage with vendors on common documentation punches and common issues to ensure right first-time approach.
- Review and verify that all documentation requirements (VDR) for handover are complete and accurate.
- Ensure all documents comply with contractual and client-specific requirements.
- Manage the approval process by sending the document to reviewers/ approvers according to an approval matrix.
