SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead the Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) efforts for a major site expansion at our GMP-regulated facility in South Carolina.

*Fully onsite position

*Rate will be discussed based on years of experience

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience managing CQV projects within pharmaceutical or CDMO environments.
  • Strong understanding of modular construction and utility system qualification.
  • Excellent project planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Modular Construction
  • Utility System Qualification and Site Expansion experience
  • CQV Lead / PM perspective

Preferred:

  • Previous experience supporting CDMO operations.
  • Familiarity with mid-sized pharma manufacturing environments.
  • PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of CQV activities for the site expansion project.
  • Oversee the development and lifecycle management of the Validation Master Plan (VMP).
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall construction and validation timelines.
  • Facilitate daily and weekly project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain momentum.
  • Ensure all deliverables-including protocols, reports, and documentation-are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between validation, engineering, construction, and quality teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly and consistently to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage commissioning and qualification of utility systems, including:
  • HVAC
  • Purified Water (PW) Systems
  • Clean Steam
  • Compressed Air
  • Other critical utilities
