SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a Support Analyst (IT and Warehousing) to join our client's team in Tempe, AZ.

*W2 contract only, we cannot accept C2C at this time

*Shift starts at 5:30am everyday, must have a vehicle

Must Haves:

• High school graduate, BA/BS degree preferred, or 1+ years technical/training/hardware certifications preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and be on feet all day
• Experience with retail store systems, technology systems and hardware preferred
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills in high pressure situations
• Basic/working knowledge of Windows, MS Office and related applications
• Common PC formatting and operational knowledge (able to work in a spread sheet and computer literate), as well as an ability to be trained on how to use a hand scanner
• MUST have good work ethic

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Loading and offloading equipment at warehouse
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of equipment, some twisting and turning with equipment installs
• Good mechanical skills
• Accountable for hardware/asset tracking
• Maintain equipment inventory controls and policies
• Package and return equipment for reuse/recycle/disposition
• Receive, package, return and maintain equipment accountability.
