Supply Chain / R&D Manufacturing Specialist

Reporting to the VP of Technical Operations, the supply chain analyst will primarily assist with overall supply chain logistics, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material dispensing.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and logistics management.
• Material dispensing for R&D and Manufacturing.
• Act as point person for raw material receiving and clinical shipment.
• Working with Quality to complete inventory audits.
• Review of executed batch records.
• Assist in procurement and resupply of packaging materials, APIs, and all raw materials.
• Support in managing internal and external inventory control system(s), material distribution and reconciliation.
• Measure and weigh powders/solvents for kitting.
• Demonstrates the ability to follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in supply chain/logistics or pharmacy/drug development discipline or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in a (clinical) supply chain / logistics environment.
• Hands-on manufacturing operations skills with an interest in supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail required.
