We are searching for a full-time permanent Lead Quality Specialist to join a Pharmaceutical team that is focused on empowering people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life with improved patient access to a broad range of trusted, quality medications, regardless of geography or circumstance.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform quality investigations with an analytical focus.
  • Lead lab investigations and identify corrective and preventative actions, and write investigative reports.
  • Aid in the continuous improvement of the lab quality system.
  • Follows all regulatory guidelines, cGMP guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required by the job function.
  • Review all quality records for thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness of required information. Initiate investigation and ensure documentation of regulatory deficiencies. Determine the need for corrective action, ensure appropriate documentation and determine effectiveness of the action.
  • Demonstrates a high level of discretion in the timely identification, and resolution of events potentially impacting the Quality of products and processes.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • 5-7 years of experience performing quality investigations in an FDA regulated industry
  • Bachelors of Science required and 4 years minimum relevant experience; or graduate degree (MS preferred) with 2 years minimum relevant experience
  • Organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives
