Location: Lexington, MA (hybrid model: 2-3 days onsite)

We are searching for a full-time permanent Lead Technical Project Manager with previous experience in Product Development for Medical Devices, specifically on Digital Health and Digital Therapeutics products and Smart Devices with Bio-Sensors!

The successful candidate will be the Lead Project Manager for digital projects from ideation to launch, and will be accountable for ensuring key metrics on these projects are met. They will also drive the adoption of the Agile methodology throughout the organization working with a cross-functional team, which includes: Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, IT, Manufacturing, and Product Support.


  • The overarching responsibility of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring the cross-functional team is energized, motivated to deliver on the outcome and owns the outcome.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the project meets/exceeds agreed upon metrics related to scope, schedule, budget and quality.
  • You will own the operational model of the team which will be based on the Agile methodology.
  • You will be responsible for managing the partners that are part of the project and ensure they are meeting their agreed upon metrics.
  • You will balance project execution with ensuring the team is motivated and passionate about meeting the project outcome.
  • You will present status of the project(s) to executive management and other stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner.
  • You will identify, monitor and mitigate risks both project and technical during the life of the project.


  • 10+ years of product development experience in a regulated space, preferably in the Medical Device area.
  • 3+ years’ experience in managing product development in an agile fashion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in building digital health and digital therapeutics products.
  • Experience with building smart devices using biosensors.
  • Experience with AAMI-TIR 45 standard.
  • Experience with JIRA, Azure Devops, and AWS
