We are searching for a full-time permanent Construction Project Manager who is ready to part of a rare opportunity to build from the ground up and create plasma therapies that help the people who truly depend on them.

** Previous experience in Plasma, Biologics and/or Pharma is mandatory **

The successful Construction Project Manager will be a critical contributor to the build of a state-of-the-art plasma fractionation facility in Texas (DFW Area) by overseeing onsite day-to-day project management and execution of engineering and construction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish and manage project schedule and provide weekly and monthly updates
  • Coordinate with architecture, engineering and construction project managers to ensure the project is completed within the approved budget and timelines
  • Facilitate decision making and prioritization between internal stakeholders regarding conceptual design approach, design decisions, vendor selection, build strategy, commissioning, and qualification strategy
  • Run competitive RFP processes for the selection of external contractors and vendors
  • Implement project controls to ensure adherence to the approved capital budget
  • Monitor and manage approved contracts to ensure all parties deliver and meet their obligations in a timely manner
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
  • Manage vendors to ensure timely delivery and commitment to timelines and budget
  • Develop and maintain documentation throughout the project life cycle (including but not limited to Project Charter, PEP, Risk Register)


  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in overseeing and managing multidisciplinary project or construction teams
  • 2-3 years’ experience leading Capital Projects in excess of $50M
  • Experience implementing Project Management, Project Controls and Project Risk Evaluation tools on multidisciplinary capital projects
  • Proven track record in delivery of large value, complex and multi-disciplinary, CGMP (FDA and Health Canada approved) and infrastructure projects
  • Experience as part of a multidisciplinary team of consultants, scientists, operators and engineers in the design, construction, commissioning, qualification and operational start-up of a multi-million dollar plasma fractionation facility is ideal
