Consultant Title: Documentation Training Specialist

Duration: 6 Months (Remote)

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Our client is looking for a documentation training specialist to come in and be an administrator for our Documentation Management Systems (DMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) systems.
  • The person selected for this position will be expected to work in cross functional teams of training, process owners, document owners, and staff, that are critical to meeting compliance commitments for training and documentation.
  • The successful candidate for this role will be capable of managing multiple projects and workflows simultaneously and should have strong computer and technical skills.
  • In order for this person to be a good fit, they MUST have experience training and coordinating. If they do not have training and coordinating experience, they are not a good fit.

This individual will be expected to do the following on a daily basis:

  • Manage the documentation creation and archival process. Documents include SOPs, Job Aids, technical protocols, reports, and memos.
  • Provide guidance for document periodic review and retention requirements for staff in PharmSci.
  • Provide guidance for document periodic review and retention requirements
  • Collaborate with relevant functions to update and improve electronic document storage systems as needed
  • Provide assistance to the DMS and LMS users in the creation, review, or revision of documents and system searches.
  • They do not need to have any experience with a specific LMS system. Having experience working with any LMS system will be just fine. However, if this person has experience with SAP SuccessFactors that would be a bonus.
  • Work with internal and external partners to support the lab notebooks scanning and archival process.

Required:

Documentation Training Specialist

Training and coordinating experience

Experience working with another LMS system

This individual is preferred to have experience in pharma/biotech training, have good interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and detail-oriented to ensure that all activities are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
