Local Quality Expert - Entry Level

11 Month Contract - Renewable
Department/Team Description:
Quality System Management (QSM) Department; team is responsible for Internal and External Audits, QSM QSR Documentation, Quality System Training, Software Quality Assurance, External Standards, Documentation Review Processes, and other miscellaneous Quality System activities.
Position Summary
This position will support all areas of the QSM department to assist in administrative activities, such as but not limited to; preparing documentation for associated processes, processing documentation in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Application, following up with various stakeholders for updates and any other miscellaneous activities identified to support the QSM processes.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare documentation for QSM associated processes
o Examples: External standards, local documentation reviews, global documentation reviews, internal audits, etc.
• Process documentation in the PLM
o Prepare and route documentation in the applicable PLM
• Follow up with various stakeholders, as needed, to support documentation completion for QSM processes
• Track reviews for external standards, local document reviews and global document reviews to completion
• Back-up for QSR QSM Reviewer, as applicable
o Act as back-up for QSR QSM Reviewer in PLM
• Support transition to new PLM system in Q1 and Q2 2022
o Help with departmental procedure updates
o Prepare documentation for new system
o Route documentation
• Perform other miscellaneous activities as identified throughout 2022
Requirements/Preferences:
Education Minimum Requirement - High School Diploma/GED
Education Preferred - Associates Degree
Skills & Competency Requirements
Must be detail oriented, have very good knowledge of using Microsoft office suite of products (outlook, word, excel, etc.), ability to deal with multiple priorities at once, ability to work cross functionally and good communication skills.
Preferences
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite, experience in a regulated environment
