Working as part of the SRG team, you will work with our client which are Pharmaceutical or Bio-Pharmaceutical companies to ensure work quality and accuracy for our client in the Bio Pharmaceutical Industry. The Clinical Trial Manager will work closely with Project Management and a Clinical Research Associate team to lead the delivery of site management clinical operations activities. The selected candidate is responsible for ensuring site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and study close-out activities for studies in accordance with the study protocol and study plan. In addition, the CTM ensures overall quality and timeliness of clinical deliverables for assigned programs and/or region.

This is a virtual role that may be based anywhere in the United States.

Phase I Oncology is required

The Role

  • Clinical Trial Manager is responsible for the routine cross-functional operations of assigned studies
  • The CTM acts as the team leader, ensuring that assigned studies are delivered successfully, on-time, within budget, according to the expectations and with the highest level of quality possible
  • Manages the implementation, on-time execution and conduct of clinical studies
  • Manage the development of study plans, timelines, vendor selection as well as ensuring quality and compliance
  • Ability to identify potential risks that may impact the studies, e.g., study data, ethical conduct and adherence to ICH guidelines and provides risk mitigation solution
  • Appropriately manage the various stages of study activities, e.g., start-up, treatment, maintenance, and close-out to ensure study is conducted on time and within
  • the data requirements of clinical studies to ensure quality and integrity of data during collection, review, cleaning, and monitoring
  • Performs duties with minimal supervision and has the ability to partner with other members of the team to complete deliverables on time

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Nursing Degree required and a minimum experience of 8 years as a Clinical Research
  • Have previous experience as a Lead CRA, Clinical Operations Lead or Clinical Trial Manager
  • Early Phase / Phase I experience
  • Oncology
