Logistics Associate II
Currrent work schedule Night Shift = 1830-0300 Monday-Friday. No weekends, unless scheduled for OT business needs.
Proposed future schedule to be rotating 12hr evenings, with weekend days involved.
Performs Syncade and SAP movements in support of all eDispense recipes for Upstream/Downstream, NG3M, MONO, CT Manufacturing suites within classified work area, where gowning is required and PPE (safety shoes, safety glasses) required along w/ current COVID-19 requirements when on site.
Works as a team member in Logistics to support all Manufacturing scheduled demands.
Primary job roles include requisition of consumables, receipt/allocation of consumables and whole issued raw materials, and transitioning completed kits upstairs (elevator) to staging locations.
Assists Manufacturing w/ collaborative customer service/troubleshooting on recipes.
Ensures work schedule is adhered to, by maintaining/sustaining required components.
Updating of Orchestrate scheduling tool is required for all outgoing materials.
Attention to details required, as accuracy, legibility, compliance to cGMP procedures/policies must be adhered to when working in API contract manufacturer.
Cross training w/ associated sub-departments required as needed, based on workload/resources.
Flexibility of work performances are subject to change, due to business demand.
The work environment is monitored and cleaned and a fast pace driven environment.
Candidate must be able to lift 25lbs, which is company expectation for all employees.
3-5 Years Experience preferred.
