Clinical Project Manager

Duties:

Liaison between Alnylam & testing vendor

Daily oversight of onsite nurses & handoff of samples to courier

Ensuring nurses have the proper inventory of PPE equipment, cleaning supplies, etc.

Send out daily AM/PM pick up samples

Coordinating with ALNY staff for proper supplies

Answering a variety of questions from Alnylam employees/contractors about the testing program

Helping new employees/contractors enroll in COVID testing program

Participate in weekly vendor meetings on Thursdays

All other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Skills:

Must adhere to Covid policies

1-3 years in a working environment as a Project Manager

Ability to multitask & be proactive

People management

Customer service oriented

Adept in technology

Resourcefulness

Organized

Excellent communication skills

Background in Biotech/Healthcare a plus
