SRG is a Global Life Sciences staffing and consulting firm and we are seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join the team. This position will sit in our Woburn, MA location and work with our Life Science business development managers to support our national client base. The role of the Recruiter is to understand client requisitions so that candidates can be sourced, screened, and submitted resulting in the fulfillment of our client’s requisitions. To recruit qualified candidates for our clients in the life sciences industry. The Sr. Recruiter will be required to source passive and active candidates through various means including; networking sites and groups, job boards, databases, and referrals. The Sr. Recruiter will qualify and/or disqualify candidates in order to present the best resources to our clients. The Recruiter will work in tandem with our Business Development Managers to present candidates, schedule interviews, and place candidates on assignment. The Sr. Recruiter will also be responsible for the candidate/contractor on-boarding process (reference checks, on-boarding documentation, etc.) and will maintain contact with consultants and contractors throughout the duration of their assignment.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of agency recruiting experience within life sciences required
- Prior experience using an applicant tracking system and job boards (CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) along with experience using Microsoft Office programs is required
