SRG are working in partnership with an organisation that designs and develops genomic analysis software through machine learning and artificial intelligence. The company is developing a dedicated quality team with drive, passion and creativity in this ever-evolving industry.

The purpose of the QA manager is to work across multiple projects with to ensure and maintain a stringent level of quality on the software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Working with development, operations, AI/ML and other groups to ensure QA standards are met.* Identifying all QA requirements and attending Heads of Department meetings to ensure your department is accurately represented.* Influence the Quality culture throughout the company.* Continually seek opportunities for improvement in current processes * Develop a roadmap for building required test expertise. * Building and fostering good working relationships with other internal group, customers and outsourcing partners to ensure necessary support functions are in place. * Knowledge sharing between Functionality, Technical, Network and Delivery teams.
