A new opportunity for a Fibrosis Specialist to lead a research and development team within a Pre-Clinical organisation.

Fibrosis Lead Permanent North West England

I am currently working with a pre-clinical drug discovery organisation who are looking to hire a new Lead Principle Scientist within the fibrosis team. The company is heavily research based and works with a number of key companies in the R&D field, they are growing in many departments including the Fibrosis team which has multiple key projects which you will be leading. The role will specialise in researching and building in-vivo models for the research of fibrotic diseases in multiple organ systems.

The site is based in North West England and gives the perfect opportunity for a Fibrosis Specialist to lead a team within the discipline and to strengthen the company's current in-vivo models. It will involve manging a small team as well as project management and growing the current fibrosis department.

Requirements: The successful candidate should have extensive experience within the field of fibrosis as well as a good background of working with in-vivo models. A background in leading small teams and projects is beneficial, both academic and industrial experience being relevant.
