Office Manager - Medical Devices - LancashireWe here at SRG are collaborating with a well-established client in the search of an Office manager to join a growing medical device company. The roles primary function is to provide administrative support to the senior management team and to implement improvements. Offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities* Provide administrative support for the Engineering and Senior Management Teams.

* Maintain, develop, and implement administrative processes, aligned with the requirements of QMS and applicable standards where required.

* Continuous improvement of processes and implement where applicable. Specifically identify opportunities for office management improvements; design and implement new systems.

* Organise and attend meetings; take minutes and actions where required.

* Manage account management issues.

* Adhere to QMS, HSE policies and procedures and all other company policies and procedures at all times. Qualifications

* Qualified to 3 A' Levels or equivalent vocational qualification * Minimum 3 years' experience of office management and senior level administration* Experience of processing orders and invoices* Experience of customer relationship management * Ability to develop and improve processes and experience of having implemented new systems* Knowledge of a regulated environment, particularly medical devices, desirable
