Medical Affairs Advisor (Final Signatory)

Job Type: Temporary Location: Central London

SRG are collaborating with a top Global Pharmaceutical Company who have a Medical Affairs Advisor role available currently. This position requires someone with ABPI Final Signatory status. This is an assignment lasting approximately 4 months, based in their London offices (with some flex for remote working anticipated). This will be a key role, handing review & certification of materials within their Respiratory franchise, amongst other tasks.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Primary function of this role is the review and certifying of promotional & non-promotional materials
  • Effectively & efficiently implementing non-promotional external collaborative working projects in a compliant manner. Identify barriers to project implementation and assume accountability to overcome these barriers and ensure excellent implementation
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of therapy area understanding, including the disease, medicines, and understanding of patient audit including clinical codes and associated legal requirements
  • Maintain and utilise knowledge of the evolving NHS & processes that exist within it to ensure projects are implemented appropriately
  • Ensure collaborative projects are compliant with local rules and regulations through Knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks (e.g. ABPI, ABAC)

Skills/experience required:

  • GMC Registered Physician or GPhC Registered Pharmacist
  • Must be a current ABPI Final Signatory with ample experience operating in this capacity
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Experience working on collaborative projects partnering with NHS service providers
  • Prior experience within Respiratory will be a major advantage
  • Able to work effectively in a matrix team environment
