Project Manager - Berkshire (remote/onsite) - Contract
My client is a successful and growing agrichemical company based in Berkshire. They're currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them on an initial 12-month contract with the view of extension. The role will be office-based with hybrid working available. The Project Manager will be responsible for the full life cycle of capital projects - from concept to commissioning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage capital projects: up to £2mil per annum
- Ensure HSE on site
- Manage and coordinate the technical team throughout the projects - ensure contractors work to a project programme
- Indirect reports
- Cost/budget control of projects
- Complete risk assessments
- Liaise with stakeholders
Criteria:
- Engineering degree
- Project Management qualification (PMP/PMI/Prince2 etc)
- 5-10 years' working as a Project Manager in Life-Science/COMAH/Pharma/Manufacturing /Oil&Gas industry
- Experience working with multi-disciplined teams (electrical, mechanical and civil disciplines)
- Experience in HSE supervision
- Experience of permit to work systems and risk assessments
