Laboratory Technician

12 Month Fixed Term

SRG are working with a leading pharmaceutical company who are rapidly expanding their team. This an opportunity to drive your future and start your career within the pharmaceutical industry. Joining this team will allow you to do truly vital work analysing the raw materials that go into medicines, so they can reach patients that need them.

The role will involve the testing of pharmaceutical raw materials including components, packaging and finished products for batch release, stability, and development studies. You will need a background in science and ideally some previous lab experience where you have demonstrated technical "hands on" dexterity. Any knowledge of GMP or GLP is advantageous.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

• Worked with GLP, GMP, Specifications and Test Methods
• Be able to demonstrate fine motor skills and coordination
• 1 year of experience of testing within the Pharmaceutical Laboratory
• Experience of HPLC, and UV techniques
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical testing requirements, testing equipment and current Analytical techniques
