Senior Specialist Total Rewards - new job in Maidenhead, UK

SRG are partnered with Abbvie a global Biopharmaceutical company who are currently looking for a Senior Specialist Total rewards. You will be responsible for providing proactive support to the Senior Manger Total rewards in overseeing and administering employee compensation and benefit programs within the assigned regions. The role will provide operational and analytical support for annual and ad-hoc rewards activities as well as project participation.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform job evaluations and recommend pay grades for new or revised roles.

• Provides analytical assistance as required to locally execute and administer compensation programs.

• Conduct periodic audits of data to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Research, problem solve and respond on issues related to rewards programs.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years relative compensation and benefits experience, Pharma preferred.

• Able to work independently

• Experience in working with multiple countries and cultures

• Able to work well with multiple, changing priorities and tight deadlines

• Able to quickly learn new systems.

• Must have excellent analytical and communication skills including written and verbal.

• Pro-active is a must
