Job Title: Microbiology Technician

Vacancy type: Until end of Dec 2022, with possibility of extension

Salary: £24,000

Location: North West, Chester

We are currently looking for a Microbiology Technician to join a global, innovative, medical device and product organisation, to monitor the process lines, environment, and finished products.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Provide microbiological support and testing to support operations.
• Follow methods and work to ISO 11137, 11135 and 17765.
• Perform environmental monitoring and routine product monitoring; bioburden, VDmax²⁵

The successful Microbiology Technician will be educated to a degree level within a Microbiological discipline and may also have experience working within a microbiology laboratory to ISO regulations 11737, 11137, 11135 and 17665, as well as GMP.
