SRG are currently recruiting a Product Specialist - Facial, on a 12-month contract opportunity with our client who are global leaders in the aesthetics industry. You should have a passion for sales, along with the ability to deliver on results, where previous experience into commercial settings would be advantageous, and ideally facial aesthetics experience/knowledge.

Reporting to the Sales Manager for Facial Aesthetics you will be joining a highly collaborative and successful team where you will be provided with the opportunity to develop and grow. Longer term opportunities may be available for the right individual who can prove they have the desired qualities and drive to succeed during the initial contract period of the assignment.

The Role and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be the direct line of contact externally, to ensure maximum impact of sales targets for the assigned portfolio of products, whilst utilising data and technical knowledge to target appropriate audiences.

Ideally located around Sheffield or Leeds would be highly beneficial to maximise saturation and dedicated time on territory

Providing product up to date knowledge and continuing education within the clinical setting will be crucial to ensuring delivery to patients and the highest level of customer service. Keeping abreast of SOPs, processes, procedures and industry updates will aid towards the above.

Responsibility will lie with the successful individual to report back territory knowledge and competitor analysis, ensuring that activity is recorded in a succinct and compliant format. Sharing of information and ideas with the wider team and organisation will contribute towards team and company end goals

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Primary degree preferred, preferably science/ nursing/ business and/ or relevant industry sales experience.
  • ABPI qualified desired but not essential
  • Proven track record in sales/territory management within a relevant industry sector
  • Strong communication skills, ability to flex style based on customer insights
