They manufacture innovative and ground-breaking products and are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Shift Lead Engineer to fulfil a role within their company.Job Summary:The maintenance shift lead is responsible for leading the maintenance technicians across multiple shifts directing and managing the planning, development and execution of total preventative maintenance work to minimize failures, improve reliability of maintenance effectiveness, shorten repair times, and meet customer & organization expectations.Candidate requirements:* Time served engineer* Considerable knowledge and experience in manufacturing engineering is essential* Knowledge of control systems, programming and technical fault finding is essential* Expert knowledge in mechanical/electrical and pneumatic systems* Previous experience of improvement projects and leading teams* Experience in a highly regulated maintenance environment is essentialIf this role sounds of interest to you, please apply below for more information.
