Up to 20% of the Team Leader's time will be spent coordinating service delivery and managing the Synergy team.
Job Role:
Develop QC procedures and independently perform analytical testing using methods such as TLC, HPLC, FTIR, UV
Review data generated from testing and make relevant recommendations
Lead and deliver laboratory investigations for OOS, OOE and OOTs
Maintain high standards of H&S and adherence to GMP in all aspects of laboratory operations
Act as the main interface between the customer organisation and Synergy, setting and reporting on SLAs and KPIs
Requirements
Degree /diploma in a relevant scientific discipline
3+ years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment
Advanced knowledge of instrumental, chemical and physical analysis techniques: HPLC and or GC; UV-VIS; FTIR; DLS; (auto) titration; Karl Fischer; TOC; density; melting point; viscosity; pH, etc
Track record of driving new process initiatives
Familiarity with environmental, health & safety and regulatory standards and safety management systems
