Ideally, we are looking for a person who is ready to take the next step in their career progression, wanting to step up into a senior management position.As part of an integrated sales and marketing team, you will have a proven track record of high performance in a Sales function, delivering commercial success in a life science based B2B environment and will manage and grow our busy and talented sales team.You will take responsibility for defining and implementing our sales strategy, KPIs and dashboard, reviewing key accounts and segmentation as well as overseeing day to day sales activities.
You will also be responsible for management of the UK based Sales team (a growing team of four people currently) and their incremental targets.
You will set a 'customer first', market leader vision for the team along with their goals, objectives, and their personal development.
Your experience of Life Science Research Use Only reagent and custom service sales will be used to drive the team by maintaining and growing sales of all products & services in line with company expectations, strategic plans and market trends. Some management experience would be an advantage.
