Shift Laboratory Technician - Birmingham

A successful beverage manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Shift Laboratory Technician to join their busy Technical Team. This is a permanent role, starting as soon as possible, paying £22,500.

The role operates on a range of shifts, rotating weekly (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am).

The Role:

- Performing chemical and microbiological analysis of drinks manufactured on site

- Ensuring lab equipment is maintained and calibrated

- Maintaining technical documentation - data records, quality reports, etc.

The Person:

- Scientific educational background with relevant industrial laboratory experience

- Happy in a hands on, fast paced lab role

- Due to location candidates must have own transport
