Control & Instrumentation Engineer - £40k-£50k - Hampshire/ Sussex/ Wiltshire/ Berkshire

My client are based in the countryside, commutable from London and the south coast of the UK and they are looking for an experience Control & Instrumentation engineer to join them on a permanent basis due to ongoing expansion. The ideal candidate will be qualified in a relevant engineering discipline and will have experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments. Responsibilities;

• Lead the maintenance, projects and provide technical expertise for the site automation, control and instrumentation (Process Instrumentation, PLC's, SCADA, HMI)
• Ability to act as SME for design, installation, operation and installation of control and instrumentation equipment both software and hardware
• Ensuring all systems and equipment are operating in line with industry regulatory requirements
• Work cross departmentally to support capital projects

Requirements;

• Degree qualified in relevant engineering discipline or apprentice trained with significant industrial experience
• Experienced working in highly regulated environments such as Chemicals, pharma, food or FMCG
• Extensive experience working with PLC and SCADA systems
• Experience across maintenance and capital projects of control and instrumentation systems
