Microbiology Technician
Microbiology Technician / Leicestershire
A successful chemical manufacturing company based in Leicestershire is currently recruiting for an Microbiology Technician to join their busy Laboratory Team. This is a 6 month contract, starting as soon as possible, paying £20-25,000.
The Role:
- Microbiological analysis of raw materials and finished products
- Calibrating & maintaining lab equipment, managing levels of lab consumables
- Maintaining a high level of H&S within the laboratory
- Completing technical documentation - analytical records, quality reports
The Person:
- Microbiology related educational background
- Previous industrial or academic microbiology experience
- Happy in a hands on, fast paced laboratory role
