Test Technician - Lab Steward

Rate: £16.27p.h PAYE inclusive of shift uplift

Contract: 2 month initial contract, strong possibility of extension

Location: Royston, South of Cambridge

Are you looking to gain laboratory exposure with a Global organisation? Do you enjoy working with numbers and have experience following procedures or SOPs?

I have a fantastic opportunity available with a Global giant in the clean air sector based in Royston. You will need to be able to work a shift pattern so own transport is advised.

This person will be:

• Collecting samples from the labs
• Taking these samples to the thermal shock area
• Completing analysis and logging data
• Communication with labs internationally

Requirements:

• Being able to follow processes
• Mathematical ability as there will be numbers to crunch
• Min good GCSE in Maths
• Manufacturing or technical background is preferred

You will work a 40 hour week, 1 week early, 1 week late and 1 week nights

Early shift - 6am to 2pm

Late shift - 2pm to 10pm

Night shift - 10pm to 6am
