You would also act as the point of contact for specific client projects.

• Supervise the microbiology laboratory activities and analysts
• Validation of new microbiological methods
• Review and assess results and data including from environmental monitoring activity
• Batch release and stability testing in line with cGMP
• Support with client and external audits
• Act as an SME for the department
• Quality and QMS activities, including closing open investigations

Skills

As a Senior QC Microbiology Analyst, our client expect you to display the following:

• Degree in a relevant Science Discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience within a QC microbiology laboratory working to GMP and within a recognised quality system
• Experience supervising/leading a team of people
• Ability to organise and schedule work within a busy environment
• Experience of reviewing and drafting SOPs and procedures.
• Environmental monitoring and associated microbiology knowledge
