Title: Shift Plant Manager
Location: Midlands
Salary: £30,000
SRG is working with a chemical manufacturer to source a Shift Plant Manager. As Shift Plant Manager you will be controlling the production within the facility, ensuring production and quality is met in a safe environment. You will also provide production advice and have involvement in maintaining efficiency, safety, and environmental standards. There is responsibility for staff allocation, training and discipline.
Role description:
- Manage day to day production and quality targets
- Coordinate with the Cell Manager to ensure efficient running of the plant
- Management of Production teams
- Responsibility for the effective allocation of staff, training and discipline
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
- Experience in the chemical or pharma industry
- Experience of management
