The Role

The successful Scientific Manufacturing Manager will lead the company's busy manufacturing department, carrying out a range of duties, including;

  • Carry the responsibility for the delivery of products, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Work on the implementation of new processes including their validation
  • Improve batch production processes
  • Make sure appropriate tests are conducted, including the introduction of new test methods
  • Plan and schedule manufacturing resources including the purchase of new equipment
  • Create manufacturing SOPs

Your Experience

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience;

  • Significant industrial experience of immunoassay manufacture
  • Qualified to degree level or above in a relevant scientific subject
