Associate Director, Reliability Engineering - (Maintenance, Automotion & Facilities) - North West - £Competitive + Car Allowance, 18% Bonus etc.SRG are currently working with a Global Medical Manufacturing company in the North West who are looking for an Associate Director of Reliability Engineering to join the company as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Working with the Site Director and as part of the Senior Operations Team, the primary objective of this role is to lead the Reliability & Maintainability excellence strategy through the Automation, Maintenance and Facilities teams at the site. You will be responsible for implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across the site and effective asset management systems, whilst developing Automation, Facilities and Maintenance staff. The role is fundamental in supporting and leading safety, quality compliance and productivity improvements, whilst maintaining efficient operational costs of business critical plant and process. As a member of the site leadership team you will be role modelling and driving the company's vison and values as they look to make the site the 'factory of the future'.Education/Experience/Qualifications * B.A. MSc or B.Sc in Engineering or equivalent professional qualifacation. * Minimum Greenbelt certified * Extensive experience of delivering Maintenance excellence implementation in a similar environment is essential.* Extensively applied TPM tools in the core pillars of Autonomous Maintenance, Professional Maintenance, Early Equipment Management and Training and Education.* Can demonstrate a wide range of successes in a TPM program impacting on business performance, financials and people development.* Considerable knowledge and experience in operations engineering* Previous experience of improvement projects or leading teams.* Must be proficient with PC programs i.e. Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Statistical tools like Minitab or Jump, Project Mgmt (Microsoft Project, etc.), SAP.Requirements:* Team oriented* Self - Motivation and flexibility of job assignments* Blend of technical, interpersonal skills* Must possess strong leadership skills - ideally with professional qualifications to go along with good practical experience* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills* Must be able to build a strong working relationship with employees on shop floorFor more information, please call Laith Mustafa on 0161 868 2231 or email laith.mustafa@srgtalent.com
