The Company

A leading, multi-national company with an extensive network of patient groups, physicians, doctors and pharmacists, who facilitate the supply of key medicines to meet unmet need throughout the world.

The Role

Key role with accountability for the set up, implementation and management of individual Managed Access Programs both internally via cross functional program teams, and externally, in collaboration with Pharmaceutical and Biotech Companies. In this important role the Programme Manager - Pharmaceuticals will work as a dedicated Programme Manager who will develop and maintain client relationships and be responsible for the delivery of new and existing patient access programmes for key pharmaceutical and biotech accounts.

The role will be based 50/50 from the offices in Surrey and at home, however, in certain circumstances there will be the opportunity for someone to work entirely from home.

What we are looking for in a Programme Manager - Pharmaceuticals;

  • Degree or experience within the Life Sciences
  • A proven track record in working with big pharma or biotech companies as a programme or project manager
  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills
  • Good project planning and project management skills
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Experience in Early access schemes or unlicensed medicines is a big advantage
