The Role

As Cell Leader, you will take ownership of a production cell, ensuring that all products are manufactured safely, to the highest quality standards, and delivered on time. You'll lead a motivated team, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day production activities within the Cell.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Monitor production performance, scrap, and rework levels.
• Train, develop, and motivate team members.
• Drive continuous improvement and 6S initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Results-driven with a focus on quality and efficiency.
