Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the factory SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process to align demand planning with production schedules.
• Ensure fulfilment of customer demand plans with high service levels.
• Optimise production capacity, labour, and materials to minimise downtime and changeovers.
• Drive visibility and proactive mitigation of service and shortage issues.

Process & Project Focus:

• Development of real-time reporting tools
• Enhancement of demand planning models

Operational Scope:

• Monthly SIOP cycle management
• Factory production scheduling
• Labour and capacity optimisation
• Regional inventory and FG pipeline planning
