• Job Title: QA Scientist Micro - Level 1
• Duration: until end of year 2025
• Pay: 00 base pay paye, 19.15 with shift allowance
• Shifts are 4 on 4 off rolling 07:00 to 17:45

SRG are working with a global pharmaceutical company seeking Micro Scientist to join their Worthing team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• To carry out microbiological monitoring / product testing or associated support activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, methods or protocols.
• To complete documentation associated with these activities at the time and accurately with attention to detail.
• To calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Carry out relevant laboratory investigations for out of specification or atypical results with the team leader or senior technician.
• To ensure all relevant policies and procedures are known, followed and applied as required including: o High standards of GMP/GLP standards are followed at all times when on site

Skills and competencies required:

• The candidate must have experience of working under cGxP.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical GMP
• Micro experience
• Good planning, organizational and time management skills along with an ability to make decisions, solve problems, negotiate, influence and communicate effectively with others.
• Good interpersonal skills to facilitate effective interaction with Business Unit teams and Contractors Knowledge of IT systems and well developed verbal, written numeric and presentation skills.
