L & D Coordinator
Learning & Development Co-ordinator
Location: County Meath
Job Type: Permanent position

Are you passionate about developing and empowering teams through continuous improvement, training and development? If so, we are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Co-ordinator, with a background ideally in managing training within a Manufacturing or Production organisation.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing employee skills and promoting excellence across health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The Training content will be in these areas (& not in the Executive or HR Training content areas)
You will work closely with all the key stakeholders & external vendors on a comprehensive versatility/upskilling programme.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and deliver impactful programs, in areas such as H&S (Health & Safety), Environmental, Manufacturing Quality standards, etc.
- Coordinate external and statutory training, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
- Support knowledge transfer and competency assessments for employees within our manufacturing / production operations primarily
- Manage training records & administration using advanced LMS system (Workday)
- Coordinate, monitor & improve training effectiveness, leading projects that innovate and inspire
- Ensure the training budget stays on track, working with department heads
Expertise Required:
- L & D expertise, ideally co-ordinating L & D activities within a manufacturing environment
- A passion for people development, with strong communication and coaching skills
- Experience in manufacturing/production environments and an understanding of operational demands
- QQI Level 6 Training Skills Certificate (or a willingness to attain this)
- Strong organizational skills, creativity and a commitment to continuous improvement
- A flexible mindset, ready to adapt and lead in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Salary Package = DOE
Base Salary + excellent benefits (bonus, pension, Healthcare, etc)
The work environment is primarily on-site in Co. Meath - some hybrid flexibility but majority is on-site work.
