Maintenance Engineer - Multidiscipline with an electrical bias

Glasgow area

Up to approx £38,000 + £4600 shift allowance.

8-hour shifts including breaks from 6:30am - 2:30pm, and 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (On a rotational basis), paid overtime available.

SRG are recruiting a maintenance engineer for a leading life science client in the Glasgow area.

In this permanent role you will work within a supportive environment while undertaking routine and unplanned maintenance across the site, including equipment, infrastructure and grounds. Responsibilities will include attending breakdowns, fault-finding and conducting root cause analysis.

They are looking for a Multi-discipline maintenance engineer ideally with a bias towards electrical.

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience post qualification
• Previous hands-on experience within a cGMP manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of GMP and clean room environments desirable.
• Ability to plan and deliver PPM on equipment and evaluate breakdowns and perform required repairs.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, water treatment and steam systems.
