I am looking for an experienced Operational Quality Manager to join our rapidly expanding Aseptics team producing cancer drugs.

About the Role:

As an integral part of our state-of-the-art aseptic manufacturing facility, you'll lead and inspire a high-performing quality team, ensuring unwavering adherence to GMP and GDP standards. You'll be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, managing regulatory compliance, and contributing to our mission of delivering life-saving medications to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a world-class quality team
• Drive quality initiatives and monitor KPIs
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits
• Foster a culture of quality excellence

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• In-depth knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations
• A scientific degree and ideally, a registered pharmacist
• A passion for quality and patient safety
