SRG, along with our partners and in association with New Scientist, are excited to announce the publication of the markets most comprehensive salary survey in the industry.
With nearly 3,700 respondents we confidently delve into the varying developments, changes and trends within the market providing an extremely valuable insight.
The survey details our traditional topics of salaries, mobility and skillsets as well as revisiting questions posed in the previous survey to investigate what has changed and the reasons why. Moreover, we have taken the opportunity to look at what else is influencing the sector in the ever changing environment we find ourselves – the growing importance of the gender pay gap and the increasing importance of work culture are honed in on. For the first time the survey looks at discrimination in the workplace, rightfully an area moving further under the microscope.
As expected, Brexit features due to the importance of potential impacts and implications on the industry whilst the UK edges closer to the critical point of leaving the EU.
