SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a contract Medical Affairs Project Manager for a Pharmaceutical Company located in Nutley, NJ. This position is in a pharmaceutical company and part of the Oncology Medical Affairs Strategic Planning & Operations organization. This role would support the day-to-day operations of the US & Global Medical Affairs team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support: create, review and track requisitions, purchase orders and invoices. Assist in contract creation/submissions and procurement process
  • Maintain and manage files across all relevant SharePoint sites
  • Meeting organization and assistance: setting up and attending virtual and internal meetings, working closely with department administrator on all aspects of meeting management: oversight of attendees list, setting agenda, requesting slides, running the slides during the meeting, taking thorough meeting minutes. Engaging with all functions to consolidate materials for project meetings and deliverables, as needed
  • Assist Business Operations in the day-to-day financial management for both US & Global Medical Affairs, which may include creating, managing, reconciling, and reporting forecasts and spend, including various functions within Medical Affairs team
  • Fiscal management to include working with US and a variety of country and regional offices (EMEA and Japan/Asia) to gather information and coordinate populating appropriate budget worksheets (excel) to completion

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • 4 year college degree
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Familiar with contracting process and SRM a plus
  • Experience in facilitating meetings
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail
